Terrible night's sleep - not recommended
We didn't have a good stay. There isn't a front entrance on the street, so it was confusing where to check in. I called and found out that check in was in the lounge, which was filled with hookah pipe smoke at 9 pm. Our room was on the 3rd floor, up a somewhat precarious spiral staircase. The sheets were very scratchy. The slats on the bed popped out in the middle of the night. Someone from the hotel knocked on the door at 6am and then came right in without us answering the door to ask what car we were driving because someone was blocked in (it wasn't our car). I would not recommend this hotel.

Dear guest, we do not have 3rd floor, so you could not stay in 3 floor. Look at our pictures then you will see it. All our guest are coming with their car, therefor we have the check in from the parking side and all guest are happy with it. And sorry, but that a guest car was blocked from another guest is not the foult of us. We just wanted to help that the guest will not miss his flight. Best regards

Staff were very friendly, room was nice and clean but overwhelmingly hot, no AC during a heatwave and did not even cool down at night. The balconies are also very unsafe for children with out vertical bars to stop a child from falling through and only a bamboo or straw type wrap that can easily be fallen through. To me this is a major liability risk that i would fix immediately not only to prevent a possible lawsuit but also to possibly save the life of a child.

Loved the hotel and where it was located in a quiet part of town. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The only downside was the lack of A/C. Great space but that A/C made a difference when it’s just as hot outside. On the plus side they did give us an extra fan for the room.

Friendly welcoming host. Great for parking with own car park. Good WifI. Host gave information about transport links. Easy to get to a good park and ride at Erdberg to be able to travel into Vienna.

Great hotel close to Vienna Airport
The lodging was very comfortable, clean, and spacious and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Modern and tastefully decorated. Would highly recommend this property if you want to stay close to the Vienna airport. It made checking in for an early flight easy and quick. Very good restaurant just steps away and recommended by the host. Easy parking in the rear.

Reasonably ok stay
Stayed with the family for one night due to early flight out of Vienna. It was ok for one night but wouldn't stay again due to many issues. The apartment wasn't that clean (the floor was dirty), we didn't have any hand towels, there was no shampoo & shower gel provided (we asked about it since we didn't bring any and we told to use the hand soap in the bathroom which I did), just 3 dining chairs in an apartment for 4 people (one was had to sit on the bed while others had supper / breakfast at the table), very few plates and utensils and some of them were dirty, it was pretty loud due to the main street in front of the apartment, there were no blackout curtains (as mentioned in the profile). In general too many of the things mentioned in hotels.com description were simply missing. It could be a good place but like some others have mentioned it's not run or maintained well at the moment. There was no major issue but many little things that added up so that will next time find something else.

Ok si vous n’aspirez pas à un sommeil réparateur
Positif : Procédure de check-in ultra rapide Les chambres sont belles Négatif : Directement sur une rue très passante (même la nuit) et absence d’air climatisée. On a donc essayé de dormir la fenêtre ouverte pour refroidir un peu la chambre, mais le trafic est très dérangeant. Les lits et oreillers sont excessivement mous, le divan lit était plus confortable. La réception est annexé à un salon où plusieurs personnes fument la chicha. Rien contre la chicha, mais c’est désagréable de devoir se tapper la fumée et l’odeur quand on est non-fumeur. Lumière au plafond brûlé dans la salle de bain.

Limpio y confortable aunque algo pequeño para 4 adultos. cerca del aeropuerto y de la estación del tren para visitar el centro de Viena. Para el verano, aunque había ventiladores, podrían poner aire acondicionado, fuimos unos días muy calurosos. Tiene un balcón con dos sillas y mesita que le otorgaba de mas espacio.

Sämtliche Fenster lassen sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen. Im Badezimmer gibt es keine Ablageflächen, die Ablagefläche unter dem Spiegel ist abgebrochen - die Schrauben stehen noch heraus. Es gibt keinen Toilettenpapierhalter. Zudem haben wir eine Rechnung erhalten die zwar auf den Namen gelautet hat, aber unsere Adresse war nicht erfasst und bestand aus Fantasieangaben (Füllwörter). Auf unser Verlangen eine ordentliche Rechnung zu erhalten, wurde uns gesagt, dass diese bereits an FinanzOnline übermittelt wurde und daher nicht neu ausgestellt werden kann. Der Lärm von der Straße ist untragbar, jedoch kann man die Fenster nicht schließen weil ansonsten die Hitze in den Räumlichkeiten es unerträglich macht. Zudem ist der Lärm aus der Bar im Erdgeschoss (Bassgedröhne) und der Lärm der Besucher beim Verlassen nicht förderlich. Von einem Aufenthalt ist aus unserer Sicht abzuraten.

Sehr geehrter Anonym Gast, wir schreiben keine Rechnungen und auch keine Adressen oder Namen, diese werden uns automatisch vom System Expedia nach ihrer Buchung,so wie Sie die Adresse und Namen eingeben haben übermittelt. Das ist auch der Grund warum alle unsere Gäste bei Ankunft eine Informationsrechnung bekommen um diese zu kontrollieren und gegeben falls zu ändern. Sie sind aber erst nach einigen Tage danach gekommen und wollten die Rechnung geändert haben, was laut österreichischen Recht streng verboten ist. Eine Rechnung darf im Nachhinein nicht mehr geändert werden. Daher hat unser Kollege ganz richtig reagiert. Es tut uns leid, dass das Wetter so schön und es so heiß ist, aber das Wetter können wir nicht beeinflussen genauso wenig wie den Verkehr, welcher sich in unserem kleinen Dorf aber sehr in Grenzen hält. Belle endroit pour passé 2 à 3 jours mais l’appartement est fait pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, lors de nôtre visite il fessait très chaud et le réfrigérateur fonctionnait pas très bien, la douche ne tenait pas bien au mur et l’eau coulait tout croche pour le reste c’était correct.

It is convinent to go to Vienna. Everything is equipped. The welcoming wine is good! Staffs are friendly. However, the showeroom was small and easily got wet. Hair dryer covered with a lyer of dust.The beds were too soft.

Haben dieses Hotel auf Basis der guten Bewertungen gebucht. Hatten ein Apartment im Nebengebäude - leider lies dies zu wünschen übrig. Im Bad waren überall schwarze Haare und es machte keinen sauberen Eindruck. Im Wohnzimmer gab es einen großen Wasserfleck an der Decke und der Teppich war voller Flecken. Personal (offenbar Chef) war OK wirkte auf Grund unseres Check Ins nach 22.30 aber eher genervt. Genauso die Gattin vorher am Telefon als wir den späteren Check In (um 23.30) bekannt gaben. Gesamterlebnis war daher leider nicht zufriedenstellend.

Sehr schönes Apartment Hotel, toll gelegen!
Wer schnell in der Wiener Innenstadt oder am Flughafen sein möchte, wohnt hier richtig. Ruhig gelegen, sehr nett, sehr komfortabel und ein überaus freundlicher Service werden hier geboten. Auch das Auto ist im Innhof, mit Parkplatz, gut aufgehoben. Schöne geräumige Apartments mit Küche und Schlafzimmer, sind ideal, für alle die gerne länger bleiben wollen. Wir sind bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und kommen ganz bald wieder. Gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen sind ein zusätzliches Plus!

Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können.
Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. In jeder Beziehung top. Für jeden Aufenthalt bestens geeignet. Ausstattung entspricht Beschreibung und ist super. Wir haben zum Innenhof hin gewohnt und während der 3 Nächte hervorragend geschlafen. Infrastruktur und Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut, ebenso Internetverbindung.

Perfektes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Wir hatten in letzter Zeit bereits mehrere verschiedene Unterkünfte in der Nähe von Wien, in Anspruch genommen. Die InStyle Residences haben wir gebucht, weil wir uns in der bereits gebuchten und bezogenen Unterkunft sehr unwohl fühlten und nicht länger dort bleiben wollten. Die InStyle Residences hat uns absolut überzeugt, im Vergleich zu den anderen Unterkünften, war hier alles sehr unkompliziert der/die Eigentümer/in waren sehr entgegenkommend und bemüht. Wir wurden sogar bis zum Zimmer begleitet (nicht wie sonst mit keiner oder nur kurzer und kaum verständlicher Wegbeschreibung abgefertigt). Schön und ein gutes Gefühl ist auch, dass der Parklpatz nicht Straßenseitig liegt, sondern im Innenhof. Das Zimmer war sehr gut aufgeteilt, schön, modern eingerichtet und sauber gehalten. Das WLAN hatte einen optimalen Empfang (Antenne/Router im Appartment) und das Internet genug Bandbreite (mein Test per Speedtest.net Download: 23Mb/s und Upload: 3Mb/s in anderen Unterkünften hatten wir kaum 10% dieser Leistung). Technische Geräte, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd und Fernseher waren nicht nur vorhanden, sondern auch in einem guten und modernen (neuen) Zustand. Leider konnten wir diese Unterkunft nur für eine Nacht genießen, gerne wären wir noch wesentlich länger geblieben.... Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal, denn sollten wir in der Nähe sein, werden wir uns sicher wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden.

車で旅行して滞在するのにぴったりな宿
駐車場がタダで広くて出入りがしやすいです。スーパーも近くてキッチンもあるので食事も自分たちで作れます。ウィーン観光は歩いて10分程の駅から15分ほどでウィーン中央駅に着くので観光にも便利です。洗濯機や物干しもあるので長期滞在にも良いです。部屋にバルコニーもあり、灰皿がありタバコも吸えるので喫煙者もリラックスしてタバコが吸えます。
