Lovely hotel and really Friendly staff, close to the train station and almost on top of the castle and grounds. Rooms were spacious and very clean with all the amenities you could want. Very close the shops, bars, restaurants and sight seeing spots. Well worth considering if your going to Himeji.

We stayed here for 1 night and it had everything you need (including breakfast!). Basic room, but extremely reasonably priced, so no complaints there! Also right by Himeji station, which is extremely convenient if you have a train the next day. Lovely pizza restaurant round the corner too. A few loud guests with kids running up and down the corridor in the evening, but they quietened before it was too late
