"We had a great (3-nights) stay at Strandhotellet. It is a lovely stylish hotel with a quaint atmosphere, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We received excellent service and the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming. Note if you stay during the warmer season: There’s no AC in the room or ventilation in the bathrooms. "We enjoyed the property. We were 3 adults in a 3 twin bed room. The daily breakfast was very good with wide variety. Afternoon snacks was a fun idea, too. Comfortable and quite quiet. We loved hearing the local church bells every 15 minutes! "

"Room was comfortable and clean enough but the lifts were awful, staying on the 9th floor, 16 floors total, you couldn't not use the loft. Only 2 of 4 running when I visited, a colleague was stuck in a loft for 1 hour. Very old and slow, regular long wait times. For this reason, I wouldn't stay again."
