"Beautiful pool and beach view in a very large room was great but the real highlight for us was the friendliness of the staff, with no exceptions. Kids enjoyed the pools, ping pong, and badminton. Also the gardens were beautiful. We saw a small owl flying in them one evening and a variety of birds during the day.
Breakfast was excellent, in particular the croissants and fresh honey on a comb. Just a lot of variety and it was all delicious. Also, walking distance to the night market was nice bonus for us.
Only negative was construction around the south pool and adjacent building(leaving the 2 other pools available still). Was surprised when we arrived about that but it did not dampen our experience. Sign said it would complete Dec 2026."
"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a personalized welcome card, drinks, a lovely dessert of cookies and macarons, which was a thoughtful touch.
Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel is well maintained, featuring a large swimming pool with lifeguards on duty, beautiful gardens, a nice restaurant and a welcoming elegant lobby.
The staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The reception team was friendly and helpful, the security guards were always polite, and the breakfast staff was efficient and attentive. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes.
Another pleasant surprise was the tea provided in the room. It was so good that I ended up drinking tea almost three times a day during our stay!
Housekeeping did an excellent job of cleaning our room every day, and the hotel was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to sleep well every night. Grocery stores, massage parlors and laundry nearby.
The only minor downside is that the hotel does not have its own private beach. However, the public beach is only about a 500-meter walk away, which is still convenient. Market village is a bit farther. Uber ride costs around 80–90 baht each way.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent service, comfortable accommodations, great facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. We will surely come come back."
"Well maintained property with exceptional staff. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful.
The breakfast was included and the buffet had a big variety of options."
"The staff went out of their way to answer our queries and provide transport. The pool was great but guests were confused when the pool towels were in the room. This could be explained more clearly on check-in."
"Mr who's absolutely amazing 100% above indiana call of duty who made the bellman the front desk the bar made the bartenders the waiters everybody was absolutely incredible and wonderful i've never stayed a place any better than this in my life i treated myself and my girlfriend was so much respect we loved it"
