I actually do not have any bad words to say. Me and my husband felt like we were home; my room was so clean, and you actually could smell how clean it was. My husband loved the breakfast the next morning. I didn't get the clerks name shame on me cause that young lady was so pleasant, beautiful smile and she allowed me to check in early so I could rest from driving all the morning. Thank you so much 💜

The room was clean and spacious. The staff on duty at check in was nice and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was the people above us were stomping around all night and the ones next to us had a dog barking the next morning. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself but it was an inconvenience.

The morning breakfast was good, coffee “all day long” for busy customers a must! :) The staff very respectful & helpful. General manager (Jeremiah Mack) is the most kindest person to speak with & loves his job in keeping come-back customers to this facility! Thank you guys! ;)

It was an anniversary trip Hinesville was the first place that we lived as a married couple and thanks too the friendly staff the clean, comfortable rooms. It was worth the trip. And as I told the front desk clerk that we were celebrating 34 years of marriage, she was so friendly and positive in congratulating us.

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Overall, it felt lazy and mediocre at best. There were fingerprints all over the stainless steel appliances in the room, the floors were visibly dirty, and even the cabinets hadn’t been properly cleaned. It gave the impression that basic housekeeping standards aren’t being taken seriously. The hotel as a whole could really use a deep cleaning. From the moment you walk through the front door, you’re hit with an overpowering artificial scent—like strong plug-ins or air fresheners—which was so intense it actually gave me a headache. The elevators were also dirty, which just added to the overall lack of cleanliness throughout the property. The only positive I can mention is that I did not encounter any bed bugs, which is unfortunately something I’ve come to check for when traveling. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again unless there were significant improvements in cleanliness and maintenance.
