Ruhig gelegen am Stadtrand, großes Grundstück mit Rasen, Bäumen und Sitzecke. Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist gut und zeitnah. Auto steht am Haus auf dem Grundstück.
