"Staff was professional and helpful. Breakfast presentation and choices were outstanding. Our room and common spaces were clean but showed the wear and tear of an older hotel. (Patched wallpaper, our bathroom had limited space, no fan and rust near baseboards.) The front desk and breakfast staff was top rate."

"Extremely clean and new. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a little sparse but the coffee was good. I was disappointed that there wasn't a pool or hot tub which I thought was provided but that was my misunderstanding. The staff was very nice. The directions through Google maps were all wrong and took us way beyond where we should have been. I gather this is not just a problem for us but for many others too. The noise from staff working and children running up and down the hall woke us up quite early which was annoying."
