"Check-in process was simple but we had issues getting there because we never received check in details prior and we had a very hard time reaching the host. The place was not clean at all. We were without running water for 2-3 days. This place has so much potential but it’s just not well take care of."

"Property is in a poor location. Had malfunctioning roll up shudders that kept opening by themselves leaving the property open. Thick plastic covering the beds making them very uncomfortable. Shudder to access the balcony only rolled up half way making you have to crawl under to use the balcony. Was awakened by the host because of a gas smell that was filling the whole complex. Very un happy for a so called Luxury apartment."

"The place was nice with few exceptions. No body wash in shower, had to call and was replaced only in two bathrooms making one shower useless. The kitchen you actually cook in is not what is show as they are only decor and nothing works (stove and double ovens). The actual kitchen area is like a big closet. Refrigerator didn't keep things cold but cool, ice machine didn't work, ac units very finky and for having a generator when the power went out 3 different times, nothing worked. The BBQ that is advertised didn't exist either. Place was nice, but very remote area, hard to find, Uber's would get lost nearly every time. Nice place, communication with property manager/owner was good, but certain things I booked for didn't exist or were not portrayed correctly. "
