Bahnhof" 2.6 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Mountain railway 3 km, ski bus stop 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Goed Vakantiehuis

Goed vakantiehuis, Ruim! Bovenste twee verdiepingen zijn voor de verhuur. Op de onderste verdieping woont de Moeder van de eigenaar. Huis is wel gehorig (krakende vloeren) hebben wij overigens niet als hinderlijk ervaren ondanks jonge kinderen. Wel duurt het 10-15minuten voordat de douche warm wordt. Hier mag wel eens naar gekeken worden. Verder fijn ontvangst en eigenaren fijne mensen.

Very nice accommodation, clean...

Very nice accommodation, clean and cosy beds, amazing view from every balcony. Enough plates, glasses and everything you need is there ( including coffee filters and dish washer caps). We felt more than welcomed, and we will come back for sure.Only one suggestion: a microwave would help. Reisetipps: We found the most amazing ski area in Kaltenbach.Bad experience: not in every restaurant the credit cards were accepted.

Ruime woning, keuken wel krap....

Ruime woning, keuken wel krap. Aardige verhuurders. Pand wel oud, krakende vloeren waardoor mensen in onderste deel woning veelal wakker werden. Best prijzig in vergelijking met andere woningen. Zeker met bijkomende kosten (18 pp, inclusief kleine kinderen) en 8 euro bedlinnen (idem, voor iedereen) Reistips: Mooi skigebied, Woning op ca half uur van Gerlos met auto, naar Mayrhofen kwartiertje. Bus is ca op 500 meter afstand, dus op skischoenen best een eindje.

Superbe endroit de rêve

La location était très agréable, le chalet de 3 étages partagé avec d'autres occupants était très propre et bien éclairé avec une vue magnifique de rêve sur le Tyrol environnant. Les balcons fleuris de toute part ajoutent au charme du site. Les responsables du chalet sont très sympathiques, même si il a été difficile de se comprendre, ne parlant pas du tout le français. Ils sont disponibles et cela est très agréable. Le seul hic est le manque de machine à laver le linge individuel et le micro-ondes. Mais les promenades , le paysage et la gentillesse des autrichiens valent vraiment une note de 10 sur 10. N'hésitez pas, allez-y !!!!!.
