Bennis Dahuam is a brand-new holiday rental with a breathtaking view of the beautiful Zillertal. Lovingly, stylishly, and elegantly furnished, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living area with a kitchen, and a large terrace offering a stunning panoramic view of the Schwendberg near Hippach in the Zillertal.
The apartment is part of a newly built house with 8 holiday rentals, including 2 underground parking spaces, a bike storage room, a ski storage room, and a bus stop right in front of the house. Bennis Dahuam is a 4-minute drive from Hippach up the Schwendberg. Views towards Mayrhofen and Zell am Ziller, with a stunning mountain panorama. The apartment itself measures 85 square metres, plus a 25-square-meter terrace with a view of the mountains.
One of my hobbies is interior design, and I’ve put a great deal of attention to detail and passion into Bennis Dahuam, as if I were living there myself. So if you value a beautiful living space, you’ve come to the right place. We manage all our apartments ourselves—from handling inquiries and bookings to providing support before and during your stay, as well as offering tips on excursions, restaurants, events, and more—and we also clean our apartments ourselves to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. We’re a small, family-run business in the Zillertal that goes out of our way to care for our guests and ensure their well-being.
In winter, you can hop on the bus to the Möslbahn ski area right from your front door; from there, you can ride straight into the heart of the ski area without waiting in line, so you don’t even have to head down into the hustle and bustle of the valley. Alternatively, you can drive yourself in 7 minutes to the Horbergbahn near Mayrhofen.
In summer, you can set out on a hike right from the apartment, or drive or take the bus further up to the Höhenstraße, or start from Mellchboden towards the Rastkogelhütte, etc.
You also have the option of going to the neighbouring Gasthof Berghof for breakfast or dinner—it’s just 50 metres away.
The road up to the Schwendberg isn’t a narrow mountain road, but a two-lane road that’s very well maintained even in winter, since there are still many houses further up and the bus also runs all the way up to the ski area.
