Very clean room, breakfast was fantastic and changed slightly each day. Super efficient check in and check out. The shuttle runs very frequently. Stayed for the first 2 days of my trip to adjust to the time change. Bed was very stiff but I think that’s common in Japan. Air conditioning worked great. Lawson in the lobby made getting snacks very convenient. Would recommend.

Lovely staff incredibly helpful. Super great location. We would come back again but stay in a different room. This room was incredibly tiny me and my partner had what I would consider a 1 person bed.

The room is very big, the hotel looks a little old and the halls rug is not very clean, but the room and the bathroom size is really good, the restaurant food is also really good in taste and prices

I couldn’t figure out the shuttle so I walked to the hotel, it was a short enough distance and I was traveling with a backpack so not to bad at all.

The property is near the airport and has a complimentary shuttle service. Staff are friendly and courteous. Lots of amenities inside the hotel favorable for hotel guests.
