Incredible staff and an amazing location. Extremely close to the JR station and they are extremely accommodating. I 100% recommend staying here if you're visiting Hiroshima.

THIS IS THE HOTEL! All friendly staff, great and numerous facilities. Grocery store close by, omiyage store next door. Bakeries within walking distance. Great views. I hope to stay here again. Even if I don't get lucky enough to be top floor.

This is great place to stay if you are on a budget. You may compensate a bit of room space for that price, but it's only 5 mins walk to station and naturally, you get variety of options for shopping, dining and transportations.

It was what we expected. It's very well located, 5 minutes walking from Hiroshima station. From there and if you are using JR pass there are buses to take you aroubn the city and the main touristic attractions. The breakfast is good with some variety to choose. The room was confortable

It would be helpful if the property advised its guests about the fact that the room key is needed to turn lights on and use the elevator. The premises were clean and the breakfast made in the kitchen was appreciated. All basic needs met...laundry room on premises is nice, but again hotel needs to maybe post operating instructions in English in a prominent place. Staff was very helpful even thought they spoke little English. Japan has wonderful service!

Good place to stay. Clean, quiet, simole. Very close to Train station. The company has at least 3 hotels in the area. It would be very helpful if they would add a unique word (like Red, Blue Green) in the hotel name title so Google maps can easily identify which of the company's hotel is which. They are all named the same thing, at least Google maps thinks so. I went to all 3 before I found the right one.

Helpful staff. Clean and convenient to transport stations. Lots of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Toiletries provided. The room is tiny. Not suitable for big luggages. The bed and pillows are not comfortable.

The room we had at the Toyoko Inn Hiroshima shi Shinkansen-Gucci No. 2 was very nice. It was large enough to be functional, but was not a very large space. The beds are firm. The rooms are clean - towels replaced daily and rooms cleaned after a couple of days. The breakfast Buffet was very nice with both Japanese and Western foods available. All typical amenities available to include green tea and ume (plum) tea. The few drawbacks are that the lobby is setup for the breakfast crowd - the furniture is not designed for guests to go to the lobby with a good book and relax while others sleep. Also, coffee service is only available during breakfast hours. One last note - when you exit the station, you will see a large Toyoko Inn sign on the top of the building. This is No.1, not No.2. If you go to No.1, they will direct you to No. 2.
