"One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Could not recommend it more - the staff are super friendly, the room is fantastic, both breakfast options are delicious and it was a gorgeous view out of the window"

"Located right across from the ferry terminal, it's very convenient. Room is very spacious and the free drinks corner consists of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and soft drinks. Breakfast and dinner (half board) are pretty nice too. The onsen is on the small side though. "

"No ocean view from my room, but this place is absolutely fantastic, and brand new. It is NOT on the island - be aware - and it is a 10-minute walk or more to the ferry. We did not make a reservation for dinner, so we missed out (I'm sure it was amazing) but our breakfast the next morning was out of this world. We did the American-fusion breakfast (it was not very American, but my gosh was it great). Absolutley loved the hotel."

"Shuttle for bags during the day and a shuttle to get you to the hotel later that day was excellent.
Room was beautiful and peaceful. Food was fantastic as were all of the staff! "

"I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Kenji-san provided such a cozy comfortable stay on his organic farm with a one of a kind view of the Setouchi Inland Sea or as he calls it “the Japanese Mediterranean”. Kenji kindly gave us tour upon arriving and showed us all the facilities including a traditional cedar tub and we shared very engaging conversation on the drive to and from the property. Thank you to much to Japan’s last hippie - until next time. "

"Perfect hotel for our honeymoon. The room had a beautiful view to the sea and nearby islands. The breakfast was very complete consisting of multiple small dishes. Everything was high quality, the rooms, the onsen, the lounge area, etc. Most importantly, the staff and the bartender (Kai) were super helpful and welcoming.

"It was nice to have free coffee and smoothies available in the morning and a glass of wine and snacks in the early evening. The rooms were one of the more spacious we stayed in with plenty of amenities. It was clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Wish I had discovered this was a chain when we were booking our trip to Japan and we would have stayed in their other hotels arouns the country"
"The location was excellent for our purposes since we like to walk, we’re not with a group and the sites we were interested in seeing were close by
The staff was helpful and we were pleased that the concierge was able to cancel a trip to the island because of the heavy rain. The views from our window were lovely overlooking the mountains and even the castle nearby. However , the room itself lacked the charm of other Japanese hotels we had stayed in. Also , for a hotel this size we expected that there would be a coffee shop or area where we could have a light breakfast and not only have a buffet breakfast available. We ended up walking in heavy rain to finally find a charming restaurant for a light breakfast"
"Location is great, very close to the train station and walking distance to baseball stadium and Costco. Breakfast is great. Very thoughtful with toiletries in case you forgot something. Would definitely stay there again."
"Connected to the Hiroshima Station, its convenience is too good to be true. Not only it has access to Shinkansen, JR lines, and subway, it also connects to the tram which makes stop to Hiroshima ferry. Port for Mi,ma Island for "
