"This property was visually appealing, BUT only on the outside. Though it seemed really nice and new it was not well kept at all. There were stains on the bedding in both beds, we only had hot water at night, the pool was covered in pollen, the breakfast area was unappealing and all the appliances didn’t even work, they reset your room key twice a day. There was just way more cons than pros. But the staff was efficient and knowledgeable for the most part."

"Bed was most comfortable ever! I appreciated that the breakfast was offered until 10. Staff super friendly. Breakfast could be improved by offering dairy/lactose-free milk options, real fruit jelly (without high fructose corn syrup), wheat bread, and oranges. I avoided all cooked/baked items because no ingredient list was offered, and I have food allergies. "

"Every thing was good EXCEPT for the shuttle. The hotel along with 4-5 others in the area use a 24 hour shuttle service. The service is very unreliable. We had issues from the airport to the hotel AND we had a scheduled pickup time at the hotel back to the airport. The shuttle was 45 minutes late and then we had to make 3 more stops before going to the airport. We did make it but the added stress was very inconvenient "

"This location used to be quite pleasant. However, my most recent visit was absolutely the worst. I pre-booked and paid so that my service Corgi would have no hiccup when we arrived. As we had car troubles and had been in the heat for most of the day. Im sure we appeared like some homeless bums but even still-The manager refused to accept my service dog even with the Service dog ID. Was attempting to charge my card for a $100 pet deposit that would be returned IF there werent any damages. Then, He had to call for permission from the owner which took a total of 45 mins after the uber dropped. An hour before check out-the power to the AC was turned off and when attempting to dial the office-no one answered. When I turned in the key and to get my receipt the lady said that she'd never heard of that and laughed in my face. Never again will I use this brand but especially this location"
