He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and was always friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Manager Dariel was equally outstanding. You can truly see his dedication to guest satisfaction and the high standards he sets for the resort. He took the time to ensure we were enjoying every aspect of our visit and made us feel valued as guests. His leadership clearly reflects in the excellent service provided by the entire team. The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and well-maintained, but it was the exceptional hospitality from Luis and Dariel that made our trip unforgettable. "Overall beautiful resort , some staff members need more training , magna club at this location is not worth the upgrade ( Magna club at Oyster Bay was amazing ), alcohol selection was below average , Food was great. If you get this resort at a really amazing price go for it ,if not go somewhere else."
