"I had an amazing stay at Barceló Bávaro Beach. Everything from the facilities, food, beach, pools, entertainment, and overall service was excellent. The resort was beautiful, well maintained, and there was always something to do. Staff throughout the resort were friendly and welcoming, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. A special thank you to Victor Mercedes, who went incredibly above and beyond during my stay. Despite being sick and away from work, he still took the time to help me with restaurant reservations and assist me with anything I needed. I really appreciated how kind, responsive, and helpful he was throughout my trip. His service genuinely made a difference in my experience. I had a fantastic trip and would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Punta Cana."

"Pools were great. cleaning crew were great. enjoyed the shows (silent party, retro dance and karaoke night) Food was sometimes bland and not fresh. Our toilet bowl had a leak at the bottom. Some staff were rude to us, cannot even apologize when they told us taxi/food is gonna arrive in x minutes but then end up arriving much later. "
