"I had an incredible stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Berlin and the highlight of my trip. The staff are the best I’ve come across, incredible attention to detail, highly intelligent and intuitive. Special thanks to Domenico who was incredibly kind to all guests and you can tell how passionate he is about being hospitable and making everyone’s stay a wonderful experience. Many thanks also to Mandeep for their attentiveness without being claustrophobic. I mentioned in passing that I had a slight headache, and one of the staff got me special gadget that releases tension and improves sleep. Right to the doormen, smiles and care all around.
