"The property from the outside isn't as nice as it looks on the photos. The hotel is surrounded by empty buildings, who seem to be "waiting" to be destroyed for a new development. They present the nicer rooms on the pictures, but as we checked in, they tried to send us to a building across the road that looked abandoned. "Construction was done cheap and very poor quality. rooms are too noisy to sleep. One receptionist said he could switch me to one of the other properties. However, it never happened because he needed authorization from manager, and there was no manager on site."
