"The room was clean, bed was comfortable, air worked great."

"This place would be good if they put some money into renovations. The rooms are outdated. Bed was extremely uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a cot with a mattress. When I turned on the shower brown water came out, the bathroom sink sprayed water when it was turned on. The place really needs an update. But the real reason for the review is it’s shady there. Random people knocking on your door at 930pm, people arguing and fighting in the parking lot. This place appears to be a motel where people live and it shows. The walls are paper thin I could hear conversations clearly through both walls if my room. There were no amenities at all. Basic stuff, bed and shower. I didn’t listen to the reviews but I suggest you do."

"This is a hidden gem in Sabetha KS. The atmosphere, amenities, attention to detail, and cleanliness are impeccable. This combination makes for a romantic getaway, business trip, or a family adventure. The hosts have left no stone unturned. We defiantly plan to come back for another Stay."

"We loved the Vision Inn. We had family in the area for an urgent issue and everyone would come to our hotel because it had ao much room. It was sso awesome to hang out with my family and cook and watch TV just as if were home. We can't wait to book for our family reunion!"

"Our stay at Sycamore Springs Hotel was excellent. Our host was very helpful. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and beautifully restored! And the outdoor activities available to us made it fun for all ages. Our family would do it again!"

"The day before we were to arrive we had still not received instructions on how to get in.After emailing the host withno response. We finally called her and got an answer. She didnt even know it had been booked. After co firmatikn we finally got instructions for a key.Upon arrival it looked like a cute little old cottage. Once we entered we started noticing a decline quickly. The main ceiling/light combo in the living room did not work. We even switched with a working bulb but the fan and light both had no power. Multiple other fixtures had no bulbs, the place had spider webs hanging everywhere, a stained filled dirty kitchen floor, pubic hair clogging the drain of the bathroom sink, a comforter with no fill left in it and a urine stained mattress. We quickly left and asked for a refund. The only positive to this place was the owner seemed like a nice person and had no issues with refinding our money. But if we are leaving a review on the property. It is only a 1 star cause thats as low as you can rate. She should really pull it from vrbo."
