"Had a little bit of a weird start with them being overly aggressive asking for an updated form of payment. However it seems it might’ve been a miscommunication. Staff is excellent, staff at the bar/ restaurant downstairs is excellent. Location is amazing and in the heart of Bologna. Rooms are nice and clean. Overall one of the best hotel experiences I had and would absolutely stay there again. "

"We've just returned from.a 4 night stay and can't fault the hotel at all. Location was excellent, room was big, bed huge and very comfy! We only used the breakfast buffet once unfortunately as we were out & about very early but the choice was really good, we were well catered for! Staff were fab and very helpful. We will absolutely use this hotel again."
