"Very near a great Italian Restaurant! No air conditioning so it was hot late afternoon!"

"Location, location, location! This hotel is in the perfect spot for exploring Breckenridge on foot. We walked everywhere—shopping, restaurants, bars, and all the downtown attractions were just minutes away. The hotel itself was great, and while the breakfast was just okay, the coffee was delicious. One of the best perks is that Breckenridge Brewery is literally right out front and is a fantastic place to grab a drink and meal. For breakfast, Cool River Coffee House was absolutely delicious, and Rita’s is a must-visit for great margaritas and tasty tacos. One tip: if you’re a Marriott Rewards member, be sure to ask about parking discounts when you check in. Overall, a fantastic stay with an unbeatable location. We’d definitely stay here again!"

"The individual rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. Parking situation is very cramped and, on our last day, half of it was inexplicably closed off. This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property. As a result when I went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows and blankets, I was told they couldn't help us. There were several amenities that were helpful such as the kitchen being stocked with seasonings, pots, and pans, and enough laundry detergent to do 2 loads of laundry. However, the downsides included a toilet that didn't flush properly, towels the size of a wash cloth, and just a general need to update the overall appearance. Overall, our stay was good and the staff was friendly & helpful with directions and info about the town, but for the price, I had hoped for a bit more."

"Location, location, location. That and the outdoor patio were great. The place was modern and nice to stay in. Rooms are small, but decently finished and larger bathroom which is nice with two people getting ready to go hiking in the am. We didn't ask the staff, but did not see any hot tubs. We saw the weight room and it looked impressive. Valet for the car was always easy, but not being able to get ready access to the car is also a bit of a pain. Maybe just better communication at check-in about how to get stuff out of your car later, i.e bikes and snacks. Overall, we'd completely stay there again. Great vibe."

"Great location right off of Main Street. The property was spacious and nicely remodeled. The Hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. We plan to stay here again for any future stays in Breckenridge!"
