"Breakfast was ok."

"I booked three rooms. The other two had no issues. The one I stayed in had a terrible smell. The windows did not open and we were unable air it out. My husband ended up having to put on the AC. It helped a little. Other than this, everything else was great. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and there was variety. We were able to park near the entrance. There was no fee to park. "

"Nice area and easy access"

"My second stay within 2 weeks. Still no regular roast coffee (brought my own this time), floor in the room still sticky, this time the TV lost connection in the evening and never came back on through the morning. As always, the staff are very nice, pleasant and helpful. It’s a great location with so many places to dine and shop. The area surrounding the hotel is well groomed and I always feel safe there. The price is very reasonable. I will book again here. "

"It was pretty alright! There was no fan or shower light in the bathroom so it got a bit hot fast and was dimly lit. Breakfast was a 7/10, good and plenty options."

"The hotel is pretty beat up. The room was old, the bathroom was stained, toilet and tub & it had an overall unclean feel. Staff was great! The room definitely seemed to be clean it was just old & had many amenities/areas that just showed so much use it made it all almost impossible to feel clean."

"The staff is nice and the rooms are OK, but the Hotel in general is run down and in drastic need of a remodel. From stained carpets to elevators in need of new floors, this Hotel gives an impression of low quality. I will not stay there again."

"The staff was nice, but the price was too high for the accommodations. Even though I had a non smoking room, there were burns in the bed spread.And one of the mattresses was completely unusable because it was so flat. The room was clean enough, but in the middle of the night water poured from the ceiling light in the bathroom. I let the front desk know and they did have the water turned off upstairs.But I was not offered any refund or discount and the stay was very uncomfortable."
