This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. I don't think it is a 4-star establishment yet I loved staying there and the majority of the stuff were quite accompdating. Especially Ramzi is an amazing receptionist, he was very helpful during check -in and check-out. Among the house keeping Razmiye (sp?) was a delightful person. The pool is pretty small, but the location is perfect overall amidst TIERGARTEN and close to everything and everywhere. Highly recommended. I would consider staying again during my next visit

Room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Front desk staff were super friendly and efficient Location is perfect, central with great transport links

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms, staff and amenities are all First Rate. And the view from our room overlooking the Zoo was unbelievable. Who wakes up with Kangaroos running around just outside their window? Our only caution is it is a bit remote, far from public transit and walking through the pitch black Tiergarten at night is not an option.
