"There were spiderwebs in the lamps and the carpet was so dirty-plan to wear shoes in your room. There were stains on the mattress as well. We booked the suite with the tub based on pictures provided (they looked nice) but that is a scam and they do not offer that room anymore, but based on cleanliness I wouldn't have used it anyway. The staff at the front offered a smile when we saw them and the breakfast had the usual amenities."

"The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing we didn't like was that the hallway by our room (416) smelled like marijuana all the days that we were there. 4 days. It would have been nice to have some dishes to use in the kitchenette that was in the room. We had to borrow some from our daughter."
