"Perfect for what we needed. The walls could use a little cleaning and/or fresh paint, but overall still clean. Couch picture was not a good representative as to what furniture was actually in the living room so a little bummed that we couldn’t all get super cozy for a movie, but we could all still at least sit on something. Host was quick to respond with questions. Optimist Hall is about 1.4 miles away so it’s definitely doable, but not a quick walk. I enjoyed the 4 min, if that, walk to get coffee though at a cute shop close by! I personally missed that this was a townhome and even though it was in the description, an exterior picture on the listing would be helpful for some! Thankfully, all was quiet and we had no issues! Thank you for a lovely stay. "
