"Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location!!"

"The stay was good. The beds you can feel the springs in them. The thing that bothered us the most was we pre-checked in and it had selected us a King size bed room with NON-smoking. When we got to the hotel we were instructed to see the front desk as our room was not ready when we arrived at 10:00 PM!!!!! We did so and the front desk stated our room was not cleared and they didn’t know how long until it was going to be ready. Then we were told all of the house cleaners had gone home for the night had NO NON-smoking rooms ONLY smoking rooms available, but for an upgrade of $58.00 per night they could get us into a king non-smoking room. We were confused and we stated this and she said that this is all they had available. But funny thing…. The clerks that night were telling EVERYONE in line the same thing! I brought it up to the manager on duty when we checked out because not only were we charged more for a upgrade they tacked on a additional resort fees we were not told we were going to have to pay more than we already did! Such a SCAM! Be AWARE!!!!!!!"

"Great location, close to different restaurants and coffee shops. Sadly the pool was closed when I was there but it looked like the property was very well maintained. Staff was so nice upon check in. Our room was nice and comfortable! Enjoyed my stay and will be back!!"
