"Hello, we enjoyed our stay at the villa, thank you for the beautiful space. There were a few things I wanted to make you aware of. In Room 1083: the floor was not the cleanest, which is important to us since we have a 2 year old who spends so much time on the floor. The coffee maker had a coffee filter and coffee still in it, that was moldy and nasty. I think that coffee maker needs some attention. "The property is fine. We have stayed at other units at Zermatt before, so it was very familiar. Having the two connected units for the extra beds was very helpful for us. What is the same: access to off-road trails, swimming pool, and nearby restaurants. We were able to park out truck and side by side trailer just outside the parking lot, which was very useful for us. It’s harder to find a place with a longer bathtub for an adult, but this place has one! What has changed: nearby restaurants...

"We booked the stay a month out. Received no communication form the host at all. 3 days before our stay, i requested chckin information. The response was that they send out information 1-2 days before the stay and an ealy checkin was unlikely. We received no information.
