"Very clean and newly furnished. Although the unit is in the basement of the owner’s home, it still offers sufficient privacy. You can faintly hear the family upstairs close doors, flush toilet, etc but not totally bothersome. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, beds and pillows are comfortable. The third option is an air mattress (not a pull out couch), therefore the post was just a tad misleading as we didn’t anticipate having to air up the bed. We got in late and didn’t want to wake the family upstairs so one of us just slept on the couch. It was fine otherwise. I would definitely recommend."

"In a quiet neighborhood close to town. It is a bottom apartment but the upstairs tenants were very quiet. Beds were cozy. About 11-14.00 for an uber to down town."
