"Se supone que es una propiedad para hospedar 5 personas, eramos 5 y aun así cobraron como extra al niño que llevabamos. NO hicieron limpieza del lugar. Como aceptan mascotas el piso aún tenia mucho pelo de perro. Nunca contestan llama telefónica, por lo que la comunicación es bastante limitada. Se que no es único en ese hospedaje, pero inflan bastante sus precios por ser puente o fin de semana. El espacio cómo tal es adecuado pero el servicio es pesimo."

"The front desk staff were super nice and friendly. The property is in a nicer area away from the noise. The pool was a perfect temperature. The rooms were decent with A/C. The service in the pool was below average. There were about 3 other small parties (2-3 people) and drinks took long. Other than that, recommended. "

"Los precios y servicios de restaurante no están bien. Las piscinas se han desmejorado con la remodelación. El personal de recepción muy amable. Las llaves ponen check out a las 12:00 y si sales después de las 11:00 te cargas 300 mxn x hora… el lugar es un paraiso"
