"Room was great, even though it was a smoking room there was gardly a scent, staff helped us out with checking in and was very nice, close to the airport would stay again!"

"The unit was near a subway station, a market and two convenience stores which made breakfasts easy. Getting to susukino is a bit of a trek but if you’re from a big city this should not be new. Take into account travel time and take taxis where subways cannot reasonably take you. The kitchen was bare-bones but enough for temporary use. There are two dining chairs that are wobbly and need fixing. Otherwise the unit was fine to stay in for our purposes. "

"Minn Kitahiroshima Station East is a true hidden gem. I’m so glad I discovered it. The facilities are amazing and fully equipped, leaving nothing to be desired. I would highly recommend it to friends and family."

"Everything was great, there was enough space to sleep 2 people comfortably on the single bed, the heat was perfect for the cold temperature outside and very clean room."

"The room was pretty spacious (enough to open 2 large luggages) and very clean! Place was also near amenities like family mart and the subway station! They also had their own in house coin washing machine a dryer. Will definitely book with them again if I’m heading back to Sapporo. "

"After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised. "

"スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。ただもう少しやり取りが少ないとありがたいと感じました。でもベットも広く、揃うものも揃っています。シャワーの水の勢いが弱いですが、物価高の中ですし、普通に使う分には自分は大丈夫でした。それよりも部屋が広くて快適という印象が一番です。"

"Nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Had all amenities our family of 6 needed. A little tight for 6 adults, but would work for 4 adults and 2 children well. Nice to have a Seicomart on the bottom of the building. Walkable to Tozai Subway Line which will get you most anywhere you need to get to in Sapporo."

"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."
