"We arrived late at night and the staff that checked us in was welcoming and she provided us with all the information we needed. We went down at the lobby bar to grab a late night snack and a drink. The bartender informed us that we could just relax and take as much time as we needed. We didn’t feel rushed at all."

"Easy to get around. Nice quiet location. No AC. We had a suite with adjoining rooms. The smaller room was very hot with no airflow. The window opened up into a closed courtyard, so there was no air flowing through. The adjoining room was three times the size of the small room, and had great airflow when you opened the window. I would stay here again just not in an inside room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant with a Terrace. We did not use it, but it looked like it was nice."

"Wonderful stay at the park inn hotel. Located in the heart of alexanderplatz offers panoramic views of the city, rivaling the views on offer from the nearby Fernsehturm. All other areas of berlin are easily accessible as U&S Bahn as well the tram are all just a stones throw away. Booked a standard room, it was mid-size, clean and tidy, had coffee making facilities, complimentary bottle of sparkling water.. However my only little minor criticism of the room was the lack of wardrobe space. On site gym and solarium available. The gym was free to use however the solarium cost an extra five euro. Variety of options available at breakfast from healthy to sweet and savoury items. Breakfast was not included in the booking price but worth the extra cost. Staff were friendly and efficient. I was able to check in early into my room, just before 2pm. I will look to book this place again the next time I need to go to berlin 10/10"
