Appartement in Høyer

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut.Das Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem Einzelbett, einem Esstisch mit 4 Stuhlen und einem Fernseher ausgestattet. Fernseher war nicht angeschlossen. Es gab eine Küchenzeile mit ziemlich kleinen Kühlschrank, ein Elektroherd mit zwei Kochplatten, ein Geschirrschrank. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank.Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und eine Toilette. Bettwäsche und Duschtücher (1 Duschtuch pro Person) sind vorhanden. Kostenloses WLAN ist im gesamten Zimmer verfügbar.

Das Objekt ist eine Baustelle. In Teilen wird es dennoch vermietet. ?? Es liegen deutliche Mängel und Sicher-heitsrisiken vor. Fenster provisorisch eingesetzt, weil gänzlich "blind". Das Bad ist unsauber, sehr klein,eng. Lüftungsklappe hängt lose an der Wand, Duschvorhang ist nicht für den Duchbereich ausreichend, Abfluss im Boden des Duschbereiches mit Sieb abgedeckt, das mit 2 !! Schrauben hilfsweise gedeckt ist. Daher leicht gewölbt und nicht bodenplan schliessend - Verletzungsgefahr - Badboden ist Linoleum ähnlich, an den Seiten als Wandverkleidung hochgezohgen. Stosskante unsauber. Die gesamte Einrichtung - 1,40 mtr. Doppelbett für Erwachsene im Küchenzeilen-, Ess-/ Wohnbereichszimmer - Esstisch, Bestuhlung, Besteck etc - scheinen Restmobiliar aus vorheriger Nutzung oder Secondhand Gegenstände zu sein. Deutliche Gebrauschspuren. Renovierungsarbeiten sollen sei 3 !!! Jahren, suzessive durchgeführt werden lt. Ansprechperson vor Ort. Diese war zudem sehr überrascht von unserer Ankunft, weil ihr dazu vorgeblich keine Info, Mitteilung vorlag. Die Situation und Gesamtlage erschien ihr äußerst unangenehm. Fehlende Alternativen konnten nicht angeboten werden. Definitiv ist dieses "Angebot" nicht zu empfehlen. Es dürfte in "fewo-direkt.de", dem für uns maßgeblichen Vermittlungs-Portal, in keinem Fall wie dort beschrieben inseriert werden. Wir haben anwaltliche Hilfe in Anspruch nehmen müssen und genommen!! Sind langj. bisher zufriedene Kinden bei fewo-direkt.de. Diesmal .???

Das Haus wird gerade renoviert und das Apartment was ich gebucht hatte, war ein Fenster defekt. Es wurde uns dann einfach eine anderes Apartment gegeben.Darüber wurde ich nicht informiert. Die Fotos für das gebuchte Apartment wurden von mehreren Wohnungen erstellt. Die Apartments sind mehr für einzelne Personen oder für Paare geeignet. Ich war mit einer Bekannten im Urlaub und jeder braucht nachts sein eigenes Zimmer. In dem Apartment war ein kleines Bett in der Küche und das Doppelbett separat mit dem Badezimmer, d.h. sollte man nachts mal ins Bad müssen, geht man dicht am Doppelbett vorbei. Das Bad hat nur eine Schiebetür. Wir waren kurz davor nach Hause zu fahren. Der dritte Stern ist für die Hilfe und Unterstützung von den 2 lieben Frauen die vor Ort alles managen und das entgegenkommen von Herrn Steinmetz. Er hat uns ein weiteres Apartment zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenn die Renovierungen abgeschlossen werden.sind die Apartments bestimmt schön.
