The room itself is spacious and well-lit, with large windows that allow natural light to flood the space during the day. The walls are painted in a soothing neutral tone, creating a calm and peaceful ambiance. The room is furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a study desk with a chair, and ample storage space, including a wardrobe and drawers.

For your convenience, the room is equipped with high-speed Wifi, ensuring you can stay connected and carry out any online teaching or research work effortlessly. There's also a cozy sitting area with a comfortable armchair, perfect for relaxation or reading.

Adjacent to the room, you'll have access to a private or shared bathroom (depending on the rental arrangement), which is well-maintained and includes modern fixtures and a refreshing shower.

It is an advantage if you can drive a motorbike.

In terms of shared spaces, there is a spacious and well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals. Other things to note
- In Vietnam, the electricity is 220V and the power plug uses 2 round pins.

- You can get a 4G SIM card at the airport: look for the shop Vinaphone all the way to the left before you exit international terminal.

- The utilities are included in the cost of the rent.
