The house is located in a safe and fun area of District 1, a short walk from the backpacker area and five minutes ride away from Ben Thanh Market. It offers easy access to main tourist attractions in central District I such as, Bui Vien Street, Le Thanh Ton - Japanese Street, Dong Khoi Street, Nguyen Hue Street, 23-9 park etc. All conveniences are within walking distance (restaurants, market, supermarket, banks, bars, clubs...). The house is located in a street surrounded with trees and plants.

The rooms are fully furnished and equipped with air-conditioners. On the top floor there is a cool roof terrace with green plants, fresh air, a great place to have some beers with friends. Washing is on the top floor.
