The hotel is located in a convenient area of district one. There is no shortage within short walking distance of many many places to sample Ho Chi Minh cities street food. My room was very clean and modern with ample space and a nice desk for working. There is a nice pool, and on the rooftop a nice bar with panoramic views of the city really beautiful spot.

Overall Good hotel, check-in was easy, staff were friendly and room was mostly clean (shower had writing on Glass...meh) and was comfortable, no complaints but also no stand-outs. Would stay here again.

The view from up stairs was great which earns 3 stars. The room was ok , our shower was broken , the pool was a bit dirty your unable to see through the glass. Breakfast was great the first day - however the second day there was bearly any food it had ran out. Lastly the aircon is quite weak. You also only get one room key so all amenities turn off when you leave and your room heats right back up.

A big giant NOPE for this place, I’m writing this review as I just got here and the first hour so far has been a nightmare. First of all: NO ONE WARNS YOU ANYWHERE you have to pay up front a “security deposit” of 500k, I know sketchy places have this policy which most of us see as red flag, but this place didn’t mention it and I just found out as I got here. The A/C is managed by a console but it needs to be setup by the staff I was told, so I can’t setup my own weather in here, oh and as you can see on the attached pictures, the “console” is barely visible and the A/C doesn’t really work, the place is NOT clean, hairs under the sheets, grease all over the glass surfaces, cockroaches running around at night, and I was staying on the 11th floor… oh and as of right now the whole front is under construction.

Staff were courteous and kind. Pool was cool and shaded on the afternoon which was nice in the heat. Property was quiet on the inside (traffic outside was busy). We would stay again.

Very close to Russian Market. Not too far from restaurants and other markets. Many other restaurants in District 1 are within 20 minutes walk or 5-10 minutes Grab ride.

An Ok stay. A little bit run down and ok for a short stay. Pool is small loungers uncomfortable and only 4-5. Overall an OK hotel. Area around the hotel is dirty but then again much of HCMC is full is street rubbish

Friendly staff, it was easy to walk around, very close to the city centre, lots of great dining options around. The view from the roof top was very nice, pool was clean.

The bed sheets/blankets, old, discolored, smelly. The smelly bed and mats made it very difficult for me to sleep. The hallway/elevators are very dirty and smell, look like they never mop. It was misleading on the ad. They post the price for regular hotel room, but when I checked in they said it was a capsule hotel room. That mean, I have to share public bathroom with other peoples. Then, I have to pay extra 800 K VND (about $40) dollars to upgrade to a room with bathroom inside. I wouldn't come back to this hotel.

Location is great and the staff friendly but the bed was super hard (no box spring) and hot water ran out after the first day we were there (stayed 3 nights total), small pool area for the size of the hotel.

The Arrivals Hotel is a great place to stay At reception Thanh Tam gave great hospitality service and always there to answer any questions you may have.i had a studio room it had everything there for a better experience stay. The breakfast was ok but could improve with more variety of foods. Laundry Facilities around the corner Night clubs and Restaurants and walking to bui vien 7 minutes walk from hotel and not forgetting to mention Sy Thuc the bellman gave everyone a great smile and always greeted you as you entered the hotel I strongly recommend this place as it has great and accessible to everything you require

Capsule room great affordable option
First time trying a capsule-style room. It was very interesting. The locker space was a bit tight, but the actual room itself was more spacious than I thought it would be. I had actually had a larger room and switched to the capsule for my last night because I had to check out incredibly early to catch my flight, so didn't see the point of spending more on the bigger accomodations since I'd only be sleeping a few hours. I did notice that the noise where I could hear other people getting into their capsules and I didn't have corded headphones to use the TV, but other than that, I really enjoyed it. I do think it could've had more bathroom stalls or shelves in the shower area, but I'm sure what was offered was probably comparable to hostels and just was different for me compared to a private hotel room.

Good Hotel, but worth extra money for better room.
WiFi was not very good on this floor compared to other floors. Overall, I really enjoy this hotel and have stayed multiple times while in HCMC. This particular room was situation across from the parking garage area and was noisier than other rooms.

Good affordable travel hotel
It’s a good hotel for backpack travellers. It has a nice rooftop pool, and breakfast area that is good for meeting other travellers. It’s definitely not clean and luxurious, but it is affordable and close to lots of the places you’ll want to see. I walked everywhere during my stay for 2 nights

I liked that the whole staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. Check in and out process were quick. There were many foods around within walkable distance. The place was clean and we also felt safe. They gave house keeping service daily. I just wish that the house keeping staff could have been more quiet while working in the morning. We could hear every single sound/noise/conversations they made in the hallway from our room. Probably they weren’t aware of that. The other thing was the hotel wi fi was really weak. Other than that, we still had a very great stay. We loved the view from our room. We also enjoyed the infinity pool. We’ll definitely stay there again if we’re in town.

We loved the hotel and the rooftop bar at this hotel. The room was extremely clean and very spacious. The perks are that the Tv is really good because there is actually an HDMI cord unlike the other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. The charging outlets also work for Canada which is nice. Very safe and quiet area, only about 10 minute walk to bars and clubs. Very nice hotel for the price!

I enjoyed my stay here. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The first room I stayed at had a funky smell but I asked and they moved me to another room right away so it’s not a big problem. Overall, the room is clean and comfy. Their prices are pretty good for a room like this. Highly recommended and i’ll choose this place again next time i come back.

The price is good for the location and features. The staff is friendly. Lobby and room floor are too slippery, feel very uncomfortable to walk on especially after a raining at the lobby. Lobby is crowded and not very clean.
