Nice location. There is 2 buildings A & B. You will need to collect keys from the representative and they will show you to the room. There are several convenience stores, cafe/restaurant & pharmacy on the ground level. There is some street food/stores in walking vicinity. Apartment is clean and provides a kitchenette, A/C and washing machine. Easy to catch taxi/ride share from ground level. Good value for money and would stay again in future.

Good value, comfortable apartment.

Could comfortably accommodate 4 people. The apartment is well appointed and in good condition with everything you need. The views were good, overlooking the river. Unfortunately, it seems the bed linen had not been changed, but was clean enough. The other problem we had was that only one of the three lifts was in use. This causes some long waits in a 27 floor building.

This property is alot more run down in person, there is no front desk. Can't use the pool so dont book this accommodation for the pool as you need to book in advance to use it and if you try book it they say its not available due to maintenance. Also can only book between 9am and 4pm. I was very disappointed in my stay here room is small the balcony is not a balcony at all. Should not be advertised with a pool or balcony. You get a small run down room in a bad area in a large apartment building. Do not reccomend this accommodation unfortunately.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment. Rundum waren Convinience Stores und auch fußläufig kleine Streetkitchen. Grab-Taxen schnell verfügbar und es war nicht allzu weit ins Zentrum. Rundum, super Location, wenn man ein Apartment in Saigon sucht.

意外喜歡的房屋

公寓的地點在河的另一側，如果要到第一區搭個grap過去，很方便，也很快！房子本身很棒，簡單乾淨，是個完整的家，景色非常的漂亮！房東人也很好，願意協助我處理遇到的困難。最喜歡的是樓下的泳池，非常適合放鬆的好地方。比較需要留意的是入住時，因為只是個公寓，並沒有V N這樣的Logo在，必須要輸入比較明確的地址，不能輸入vn building ，計程車才能能夠清楚的找到。另外櫃檯並不是屋主，要仔細看好訂房頁面上面的聯絡電話和地址，如果沒有當地電話，可以拜託櫃檯幫忙撥打。建議屋主以後可以主動告訴房客，該怎麼約好入住時間和方式，那就太完美了！

Căn hộ ở Q4, sát Q1, chỉ cách 1 cây cầu thôi. Có view đẹp, phòng đủ tiện nghi. Có thể nấu nướng khi cần. Bạn Trang chủ chỗ này rất nhiệt tình và vui vẻ, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ mình khi cần nha!
