The building is 800 metres away from the city center, Taxi is just outside the lobby, Coffee shop and convenient store, mini supermarket are on the ground floor of the building, free access to Gym and swimming pool.
The apartment is a perfect choice for business travellers, couple or group/family with kids.

This is a brandnew apartment, on the 18th floor of the building, and overlook to the city and the river. The apartment includes:
- Living area: leather sofa and flat-screen TV with international channels.
- DIning area: table for 4 guests.
- Kitchen: fully equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, pans, electric kettle and all other utensils you might need to cook your own meals.
- Laundry area: washer/dryer machine, clothing drying-rack
- Master bedroom: queen size bed (160x200), ensuit bathroom, working desk, wardrobe, balcony (you can smoke here if you wish)
- Bedroom 2: queen size bed (160x200), wardrobe, working desk, bathroom.
- Wifi, cable TV
What includes during your stay:

Host sent messages requestes payments which I paid promptly. I then sent messages requested for check in information multiple times but never received a reply. Consequently I was forced to book another apartment. I filed a complaint and requested a full refund. One week later, my refund is still being reviewed. Very disappointed.
