They not only helped book Grab for me but they also checked and keep me updated on driver’s arrival status and made sure I sit in a comfortable, air conditioned area until my Grab arrived. Overall, a 10/10 on staff service, beautiful and clean room, and very comfortable pillow and bed. I showed up very late for my room, they offered to upgrade me to their more fancy sister hotel in the same neighborhood for no extra charge.
