"I imagine that the place was really lovely when it first opened but a lack of maintenance, upkeep and proper cleaning has left it rather grimy and run down. The staff were friendly and helpful but a bit unorganized and spoke no English. They did upgrade our room free of charge because our original room we booked was apparently not good."

The attention to detail is phenomenal in every aspect by the designer, from the stunning designs and architecture to the overall guest experience. I highly recommend upgrading your package because you’ll never want to leave the property. The dinners were excellent, with great quality and variety.
