Really good home, not just a rental but a great home. Close to all great restaurants and shops, very central to walks to the bay. Fantastic communication with Lisa about places to visit and restaurants. Highly recommendedWill be back soon.

Such a beautiful property. The house was so welcoming it immediately felt like home. We were a group of four ladies and the home catered beautifully for us. The beds were so comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. In a prime location in Sandy Bay, close to many lovely cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets and the Hop On Hop Off bus stop. The weather wasn’t great, but it was so warm in the house and on our last day we could see Mt Wellington from the living room window. Lisa was so easy to deal with and responded quickly to any questions.

Great location, close to shops, bars and restaurants. A good walk to Salamanca and Hobart waterfront ( we were all over 50 and easily managed it - even Nanny Goat Steps!)

Fabulous home for 7 people after having walked the 3 Capes Track. Well fitted out with great beds,lovely linen,wine glasses and a great location to supermarket,restaurants and walking around Sandy Bay.

Took my friends on a destination birthday. This house was perfectly designed with 3 queen rooms, 1 double and a single room. It was well stocked with utensils and glasses. We cooked up a storm. The location was close to major supermarkets and tourist spots, just amazing.

Excellent Stay at Amberley

This property has got beautiful indoor furnishing and outdoor layout. It was spick and span and it made our 5 nights in this property wonderful. The indoor amenities were complete and all of us love it so much. This property is also in a super good location. We want to thank the host for her prompt response whenever we call and her bottle of complimentary wine.

Excellent location in the heart of Sandy Bay close to shops , easy walk to Constitution Dock. Very clean and well maintained, bedding to a high standard and kitchen well equipped for cooking and dining for 5 people and the occasional guest.

Amazing location and home

We had a beautiful stay and felt so welcomed from Lisa. The house is in the best location in a prime area of Hobart, we could walk to all cafes, restaurants and shops and were so close to Hobart cbd. The home had such character and perfectly accomodated out group of ladies. Thanks so much for a beautiful stay and the lovely touch of the wine on arrival.

Home away from Home

This property was everything that we had hoped for. The check in process with the owner was great and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of space with large bedroom really good bathrooms and a bright modern kitchen. The wine books and pictures were a bonus. The property is close to shops and restaurants and the owners recommendations were appreciated. This property was for us a relaxing home away from home.
