The Space:
Waiting for you is "Casa Con Vista" offers seamless living spaces that flow effortlessly onto a spacious deck, with bi-folding doors elegantly connecting the indoors to the outdoors. Solid hardwood floorboards throughout enhance the home’s refined aesthetic. The gourmet kitchen, featuring dual sinks and a generous walk-in pantry, is truly a showstopper. The open-plan dining and living areas are perfect for grand gatherings, yet intimate enough for quiet, refined dining experiences.

The upper level features the luxurious master suite, with a king-size bed and French doors opening onto an additional private deck. The opulent bathroom is highlighted by a freestanding bath, complemented by an exquisite shower and vanity. A library/study with a double-size sofa bed and reading nook offers both comfort and style, while ‘his and hers’ dressing rooms provide ample space. The second bedroom, also with a king-size bed, enjoys its own ensuite, offering the utmost privacy and seclusion.

Waterfront walking track right out of home, explore 4 kms of walking tracks playgrounds and rocky water pools to explore.

A great kids beach is just 4 minutes away at Howrah Beach by the Sunshine Tennis Courts.

In Bellerive, just a short drive away (8 minutes), there are many cafes and restaurants as well as the famous Blundstone Arena where domestic and international cricket and Australian Football (AFL) is played.

There is a beach and play park only 8 minutes drive away from the property (Bellerive Beach Park Playground, 3 Derwent Avenue, Bellerive). There is plenty of space for children to play or to relax in the sunshine.

There is a small corner store (Howrah Point Store, 78 Howrah Road) that does takeaways and sells groceries. The closest major supermarket is Woolworths Supermarket at the Shoreline Shopping Centre and Hotel, a 5-minute drive from the property. Eastlands Shopping Centre is the largest Shopping Centre in Tasmania with over 90 stores is only 10-minute drive away.

Getting Around:
To fully experience the best of Hobart and surrounding areas it's better to have a vehicle. There is a bus service that travels into the city if you would rather use public transport.
