Cromwell St Apartment - Battery Point Offering views ranging from the Derwent River and Tasman Bridge to Mount Wellington, this upstairs apartment is private and spacious with a Parisian feel. The modern bathroom boasts underfloor heating and a deep soaking, free standing bathtub where guests can relax and enjoy a private view of the stunning St George’s Church steeple. All the modern conveniences are included; washing machine, dryer, and full kitchen.

Private and secure you have complete uninterrupted access to the property. Guests require a secure access code to obtain access to the Apartment.
From the first enquiry to the day of check out we are avalaible for guests. We are not based at the property however are just a phone call away. We are able to assist and meet guests if required, however have designed the property as a private retreat with independant access. Once the booking is confirmed and verified we advise of the check in instructions.
Perfectly located in the heart of historic Battery Point, Cromwell Apartment is Located just one street from the cosmopolitan Hampden Road and within easy walking distance to Salamanca and the Hobart waterfront, Cowgill House is a quintessential Tasmanian experience. As the apartments are in the popular Battery Point area close to Salamanca and the city, you do not require a car to get around. However, should you decide to hire a motor vehicle, parking is on street only and there are 2 hour parking restrictions due to being in a residential area. Weekday restrictions are from 8-5pm and weekend hours are from 8-4pm. Anytime outside these hours are not restricted.
