Lack of accurate information on property

Poor. Unable to get in. Not sent a key code before. Eventually was able to access key hours later. Safety issues. Rough access, broken steps, no handrail on inside staircase, many undone maintenance issues, broken toilet, no free to air tv, only streaming services which you needed to have an account, we didn’t. Could have been more enjoyable if these issues were addressed.

Could have been less stressful

The stay was brilliant, I am however still waiting on the key code to the establishment or any form of communication from the owner, no check in until 4pm which doesn’t leave a great deal of time for making other arrangements for accommodation it was a stress that could have been avoided if the host had of communicated, we had to end up disturbing the poor tenants in the front to acces out accommodation! You really do get what you pay for I’ll leave it at that!
