15 minutes to CBD and Salamanca/Battery Point with connections to MONA ferry. Bus connects to southern coastal suburbs and is two km to Wrest Point and University.

Sonningview is also a convenient base for day trips outside Hobart. Half day trips to Coal River region for wineries and historic Richmond.

Further afield exploring Huon and Bruny Island is a 40 min drive via the Southern Outlet. And Port Arthur historic site a 90 min drive.

Fully carpeted with comfy sofa, armchair, side tables, reading lamp, dining table – chairs, TV/DVD player, Tasmanian DVD's, books and board games. Visitor guides.

Next door is the bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Queen size bed with electric blanket, doona and linen supplied. Side Tables. Plenty of storage in the sideboard and cupboard space. Storage for luggage. Temperature controlled 2500W panel heating.
