Step into a welcoming open-plan living area featuring beautiful Tas Oak floorboards, double glazed windows, and a reverse cycle air conditioner for year-round comfort. The spacious kitchen offers ample storage and room for dining, while the inviting lounge area provides a perfect spot to unwind with a wonderful view of kunanyi/Mt Wellington. Sliding doors lead to a timber deck and sun-drenched yard, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in a private, enclosed setting

Guests have access to the entire home, including the private yard and timber deck. The garage and the third bedroom are locked and will remain private for the entirety of your stay.
