It has 2 bedrooms with 2 queen sized beds and 1 single sized bed, Comes with a baby cot and a high chair. The house provides all kinds of necessities, Each room has a heating or air conditioner, NBN network, and smart tv with a nice internet speed to have a movie night. This versatile home would suit a family/friend group to immerse themselves in the casual laid back holiday break :)

Flooded with light and warmth this architecturally designed home is both stunningly beautiful yet brilliantly functional and would suit a family wishing to immerse themselves.
The living room is very spacious and bright, and is equipped with a big sized smart TV, The air conditioner can quickly heat up the entire living room, and the NBN network speed is very fast you can have a warm family gathering.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.
The house has two comfortable bedrooms with build-in wardrobes, One bedroom has a Bunk bed, and Each room has a heating system. two toilets, two bathrooms. Laundry with wash machine.
Also, we provided a baby cot and high chair for families traveling with babies.
Only 6km to Hobart city and Salamanca Market, This is the perfect spot to enjoy yourself in Hobart!

Fantastic views of the Derwent River and bridge from both the lounge and kitchen. The property itself was old and tired and in need of updating. No instructions on how to work oven, microwave etc.
It had been cleaned prifessionally but not very well, a dust, hoover and wipe down of surfaces. There were cobwebs up and down.
We also had problems gaining entry to the property (even though the rental was fully paud for) due to a very stubborn letting agent.
Was a lovely place, plenty of room and amazing outlook of the mountain. Host was very accommodating allowing us to have a later checkout and good instructions to self check in.
Dishwasher not working and unreachable property manager!
The dishwasher was not working and was water clogged when we checked in. We immediately sent a message via Stayz app and didn’t receive any response from the property manager - even after a couple of reminders. We chose the property as a dishwasher is very important to us. Totally disappointed that we didn’t even get an acknowledgment of the issue from the property manager. Might as well remove the dishwasher from the list of amenities!!!
