A great place to stopover. Staff friendly and the accommodation was spacious. Good pub food and drinks. The hotel is at the heart of historic Richmond, one of the earliest settlements, and only twenty minutes from Hobart International Airport. We loved our stopover there. Thank you.

Fabulous unit, very comfortable bed, and great dining. Unfortunately our kettle didn't work so no morning coffee for us. ☹ That aside (I'm sure they will rectify that!), I can thoroughly recommend a stay in the stable!

Beautiful apartment with plenty of parking and right near a lovely park near the river. We had great meals at the hotel, the staff were brilliant and went out of their way to provide us with a good experience. Will absolutely stay again next time we visit Tasmania

The room was small and it was stuffy. When I booked the room, the information said there was an air conditioner, but it wasn't in the room, and when I asked the staff, they said there were no rooms with air conditioning (please stop giving false information). The room was too small for two adults, with no table or space to open suitcases.

An attractively renovated space above the stables, but it had been closed up and was very hot and stuffy when we checked in. I spent half an hour trying to get the aircon working (googled the manual) before telling the hotel staff it was faulty. They knew nothing about the accom and could not help. After a couple of hours of windows open it was a comfortable night.

I stayed in a hotel room with shared facilities. The sheets and towels were super crispy and white. The shared facilities were very clean and tidy. Had a tv. The hotel had a great beer garden. For the $ it was great
