"Driftwood" Villa 4, a family-friendly modern 3-bedroom villa perfectly placed for exploring Hobart. Walk to Tasmania's largest shopping centre, Bellerive Beach, Quay, and Bellerive Oval are minutes away. Short drive to the CBD and airport. Enjoy a spacious lounge with a smart TV, dining for six, and a fully equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms (main with ensuite + TV), two bathrooms, reverse-cycle A/C, fast Wi-Fi, laundry, secure garage, and a fenced backyard with BBQ—your ideal base for work or play
The Space:
On entering the property you are welcomed by a large living area with a comfy lounge with large smart TV, and a large 6 seater table and chairs. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. However, with the large array of wonderful restaurants so close by, why would you want to cook.
For your comfort the home includes reverse cycle air conditioning to keep the home cosy in Winter and cool in Summer.
The main bedroom is beautifully furnished with elegant bed linen and an extremely comfortable queen size bed with ensuite including shower and toilet. There’s even a wall mounted Smart TV if you just want to curl up in bed and watch your favorite show after a busy day.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have comfy Queen size ensembles built and built in robes.
The laundry has a washing machine/dryer combo and is located in the secure single lock up garage. There’s a fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor setting and BBQ for your morning sausage and eggs.
There’s of course WiFi provided.

Guests have full use of the property for the duration of their stay. We are locals and can be contacted when needed.
The Neighborhood:
Hobart’s largest shopping Centre, Eastland's, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastland's you will also find the usual fast food outlets and also Village Cinema.
Bellerive Quay is 2 minutes drive away it has great restrauants and great place to relax and a quite drink or two.
Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away and there’s a bus stop right outside the front door if you need it.
Hobart’s CBD is a 10 minute drive away as is Hobart Airport. And some of Tassie’s best vineyards are a short 15 minute drive away..
Getting Around:
o enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there is a bus stop just around the corner and a regular service that travels to the CBD.
The Bellerive Ferry provides a fast, enjoyable, and convenient link between the eastern shore and the city of Hobart. Passengers are encouraged to walk, cycle, or be dropped off at the pier. 10 minute walk from house.

Uber is available in Hobart.

Lovely brand new home with beautiful furniture and fittings. Very spacious with everything you need supplied. Immaculately presented. Quiet neighborhood close to shops and 15 mins drive from city. About 15 mins from airport. Very happy with our stay. Gorgeous house, highly recommended!
