"Lovely place only a half mile sidewalk stroll to downtown. The room was clean and nice. The bed was lumpy and soft. There is a nice bar area and the breakfast was great with many options. The home is old so the floors are unlevel. Not a problem for us but could be for older guests. Easy parking."

"This is an amazing location. One of the most beautiful lakes in Maine and close to gorgeous hikes and Camden. It is on a protected cove so almost no wind, easy paddling and perfect swimming. We had a wonderful time."

"This camp has it all - relaxing accommodations, plenty of water related and shore side activities to keep the whole family occupied. The kitchen and living areas are outfitted with the necessary equipment just like what you would have at home. The hosts have thought of everything you’ll need for a pleasant stay. One service that isn’t mention in any of the reviews or description is a fantastic outdoor sheltered chef’s kitchen (grill & cooktop) which we used several times to ease meal prep. The separate floor locations for sleeping and bathroom facilities would be of concern to older tenants. The communication with the host was superb. Overall, a very enjoyable stay."

"I loved this lake cabin and will hopefully be back next summer! It was so magical to wake up to that beautiful lake view every day! Great location (close to Camden, Rockland, etc..) Super cozy inside and out, and perfect for reading and drinking tea. Absolutely loved it!"

"We so enjoyed our stay at Sunrise on the Megunticook! The home is beautifully airy and open, with plenty of space for our family - toys and all! We especially loved sitting out on the deck in the evening, looking out on the lake. A fun bonus was the telescope! Perfect for scoping out stars. Everything down to the linens and paint on the walls felt fresh and new. A short drive from Camden, we would definitely stay again!"
