"So. This review only refers to the hotel. Schluchsee and the surrounding area is amazing and I absolutely recommend the restaurant Seehof in Schluchsee, although they also have service issues. The hotel is by far not as nice and comfortable as advertised in the pictures and on Expedia as a whole. The rooms are quite frankly a catastrophe in this price segment; no amenities except for a fridge, no AC, no ceiling fan, not even a water boiler. "Clean property. Sauna was amazing - would have been better if there was a shower just outside just to cool down. Provided with us a card which allowed us to visit numbers of place free of cost - saved used around $$$. Issue checking in due to iPad not working (as no front desk available). The booking said they provide with a card which allows us to travel for free on local transport - never got it."

"Een fijn appartement voor twee personen in een groter complex gelegen op een rustige locatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne vakantie is aanwezig. Het zit op korte afstand van bezienswaardigheden zoals de Schluchsee, de Titisee, de Feldberg en de Wutachschlucht. Het contact met de eigenaren is goed. Ze reageren snel op eventuele vragen. Wij zaten er in een redelijk warme periode, maar ondanks dat was het in het appartement en op het balkon nog aangenaam, zeker 's avonds"
